联邦速递跟美国联合包裹运输服务中心都已向国家邮政总局提交申请运营中国快递服务，公告期至5月31日。
如果不出意外，两个快递公司大佬将可得到中国快递服务。

该公司认为，依据《邮政法》相关规定，联邦速递早已递交了中国服务项目经营许可证申请。

虽然联邦速递的经营城市仅有上海市、深圳市、广州市、杭州市、天津市、大连市、郑州市、成都市，UPS的经营城市只有上海市、广州市、深圳市、天津市、西安市，二者经营城市范畴都未超出10个。
业内人士认为，联邦速递、UPS精准定位国际市场，网上购物业务流程占有**比例的中通快递、韵达快递等“四通一达”并不受蔓延到。
反倒是顺丰速度与EMS，将*先应对联邦速递、UPS之间的竞争。
联邦速递等外资企业物流公司进到中国时，快递服务由国家商务部所管，经营并不受限制。
